    The spa had all the relaxation vibes, and the food was delicious-hats off to chef Martin! A bit noisy outside due to the club, but it didn't ruin the overall experience.

    The spa facilities were divine, with heated pools and multiple types of saunas. Each meal was nothing short of a culinary delight, with an excellent menu curated by the renowned chef Martin Sieberer.

    The total stay was absolutely amazing of last visit. Great and simply perfect location to an airport 3 hours drive away made it easy to get to key attractions. Thanks to the COMPETENT staff everything was perfect, including a wide array of amazing food.

    This hotel is amazin! The wellness area is super chill, and the saltwater jacuzzi outside is just perf, especially when its snowing. Food at the restaurant is top notch, really tasty. The staff are all really friendly and helpful, seemed like home. Can't beat the location, right near the gondola and good apres bars!

    The luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities. the spacious spa and wellness centre was outstanding, equipped with a sauna, indoor swimming pool, steam room and many more. the seasonal outdoor pool with sun loungers and sun terrace was great for sunbathing, while the restaurant offered impeccable breakfast and dinner with a wide range of menus. the in-room service was also remarkable, and the private facilities made me feel pampered and comfortable.

    The only minor issue I observed was the poor internet connection, which went down for a couple of hours in the morning. the service and exquisite satisfaction I received about the venue overshadowed that momentarily.

    The hotel offers a very professional and warm service. the staff is friendly, attentive but not overbearing. the spa is one of the highlights of the hotel, with both indoor and outdoor heated pools and outdoor jacuzzi. the bar service is efficient and the food quality in the restaurant is good. Best aspects: the spacious and well-equipped rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom offers good amenities. the hotel's location is ideal for skiing, with the slopes within walking distance. the hotel staff is very accommodating, with attentive customer service being a top priority.

    The hotel overlooks the main street, which can be noisy at night. the high temperature in the bathroom and bedroom can be discomforting but is manageable with the balcony door open.

    We loved this hotel's location as it was close to everything we needed , including various Michelin starred restaurants and the slopes. The hotel facilities, such as the wellness and spa area, were great and we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire hotel.

    Our recent stay provided a luxurious escape with access to many Michelin starred restaurants and the convenience of being in the right place for an overnight stop. the glass in the restaurant provided stunning views while dining. We enjoyed being close to the slopes and the service was exceptional. the room was spacious and equipped with all amenities, and the breakfast was excellent. the spa offered a variety of treatments and the indoor and outdoor pools were a great advantage.

    Some staff members lacked competence in English, which caused issues with communication.

    The hotel offered a great spa area, with attentive staff and excellent service. The breakfast and dinner options were of great quality with a fantastic wine menu. The location of the hotel was perfect for skiing and other leisure activities, with many options to choose from throughout the day.

    The hotel decoration in some areas felt outdated and in need of some renovation. The elevators seemed old and odd, and the staff sometimes acted a bit strange, not exactly friendly.
